I wonder if Klaus built the place with a variety of routes to enable intruders to have access to the tank.

I don't think Klaus was wasped when that tank was used for Madame Olga. He wouldn't have wanted intruders to access the tank back then.

Is it the same location? From a perspective where the tanks appear the same, the backgrounds are quite different.

Even if it's the same location, I wouldn't be surprised if wasped Klaus found a way to un-secure the area, depending on his orders.
