Dimo both knows the place and can vouch for Gil being "Hokay now" so that the Jägers and other Mechaniacs would stop hiding and join his alliance as soon as possible.
But yeah, sending one's bodyguards away before what looks like a fight is generally bad.

Date: 2021-03-26 10:40 am (UTC)EDIT: Besides Higgs, Dimo is the only (brevit) General outside of Mechanicsburg. Higgs is the spymaster so he shouldn't be used to openly command the Jägerkin. Also, Dimo can vouch for Gil, that he is on the Mistress' side.
