Broken links and comment forks

Today, one person posted a defective link to the current page and later corrected it. In the meantime, another person started a new post with the corrected link. As a result, comments are split between the two posts.
Just a suggestion, for whatever people may think of it: If a post for the daily comic has a broken link, add a comment with the corrected link (and anything else you want to say). The original poster can fix the link at leisure, and all the comments stay together.
It's not a huge deal, but it makes things a little neater.

Date: 2019-07-11 02:26 am (UTC)I wasn't correcting the URL, I did not see that other post when I posted. It might be that I should have refreshed my browser before I posted.
By the way, when I post the night before, I deliberately set the time on my posts as 00:00 on the "official" day of each comic, to make the calendar look neater.
