I wonder if it's safe to assume that the cannonball dingbot was found by Wooster?
If it was, it explains why Wooster was so certain that Agatha was innocent, during the confrontation with Boris and the Jaeger Generals. It also explains how Albia knew about what Lucrezia did to Agatha. I had a "huh? How'd she know?" moment then but assumed that it had become common knowledge somehow, possibly during the time skip. But if Wooster saw the original message, he would surely have shared it with his Queen as soon as possible.
