Would work for the the people present. Tarvek knows Agatha and Zeetha would recognize Higgs, but he doesn't (unless Higgs has filled him in) about Higgs' and Zeetha's relationship.

Will be interesting to see how he cuts her off.

I doubt hes a midshipman, those are the young officers. Higgs will be simple Seaman 3rd class.
