Doctor Haggard and Lord Bunstable have separate personalities and memories. That doesn't sound like a Jägerdraft, but like an extreme form of Klaus/Gil or Lucrezia/Agatha, with bodily changes.

Most likely path for developing this (that we know) would be an attempt to reproduce effects of either Jägerdraught or god-mode potion, however.
