Indeed. Neither Zeetha nor Violetta was around for the worst of Agatha's sleep-sparking-in-her-underwear phase, IIRC. Agatha may still have enough embarrassing memories of that not to want anyone else running around her lab underdressed. We shall see!

Yeah, but he's doing other things that could be called "not smart." For example, what made him think that anyone was trying to fool him about the fish?

I think he may have never seen live fish before. He wouldn't have been looking out of windows while travelling under water. Though there was that goldfish of Dr. Beetle's that ended up on Castle Wulfenbach.
