Hmmm ... Albia can be any size she wants to be and can take any shape or appearance she wants to have. Interesting implication: She can pretend to be other people. Will she pretend to be Agatha? Someone else?
Albia recognizes Dmitri as Dmitri, but also as no longer malicious or, apparently, deserving of the eternal sentence she had previously assigned: the crimes are unforgivable, but the mind that committed them is no longer exactly there, and probably unrecoverable? She acknowledges Krosp as a king with responsibilities and sense. Even if that's just a public front, it leaes me with a more positive impression of Albia than I'd expected from this scene.
The Professors are on Pacific Daylight Time, as I am. People in time zones to the east of us (in some cases, far to the east) are waiting for the comic. 9:00 p.m. in Seattle is midnight in New York. It's not a competition to see who can be first -- thank God we don't have "FIRST!" commenters here! -- it's an attempt to get the comic to people who are waiting for it.
And here on the east coast of Australia it's usually around 3ish in the afternoon when the .jpg gets uploaded and then perhaps 10 to 30 minutes later when the main page get updated.
I'm also glad we don't have "First!" comments. We seem to have a nice group here, and I'm sure there is a much larger group of people quietly lurk, reading the comments but who will never post. Which is fine :-)
Personally I love the seeing the black and white drawings, and I'm a little disappointed I missed this one. Not that I'm complaining.
