So the obvious question is: Who is seeking asylum?

One guess is it’s someone fleeing from Martellus, possibly Seffie (after Marty has discovered that she helped Tarvek).
Of course if it is her then she’s up to more than just asking for asylum.

This wold be a great opportunity for both Agatha and Albia to take advantage of the fact that each has information the other needs. A few hours answering each other's questions would help Agatha advance toward her goals, and would enable Albia to better defend her land. It's the obvious thing to do.

Therefore, I predict that in about fifteen seconds they will be interrupted by a crisis.
