Besides, this is Klaus we're dealing with--the Spark who can improve anyone else's work.

ETA: One wonders if Lunevka (presumably) knows that Olga probably isn't a Spark. Perhaps Klaus neglected to tell her...and if her voice doesn't sound like the real Lu's, once she's in the meat body Klaus doesn't have to obey her.

Olga might be a spark. A number of the circus folks were. I don't think the readers were told either way.
