That's closer to a cordial relationship between the ginger cat and Martellus than I'd expected. Well, Martellus figured out that Krosp was telling him true things even if they weren't things he wanted to hear. Perhaps he'll be better at hearing some of those difficult things from the ginger cat than from other humans.
⚙️ Whose brain -- or brains, plural -- did Ginger get? She seems to know a lot about Europa's history.
⚙️ I'm a bit surprised that talking cats are something of a novelty in Europa. With so many Sparks running around, I'd think that someone would have hit upon a scheme to sell construct cats as expensive pets. Although their arrogance might cut down on their popularity ... Would they breed true, like the Clays did?
⚙️ Is Ginger aware of Martellus' tendency to dispose of minions he no longer has a use for? I'm thinking of the Jaeger he interrogated and then shot near the beginning of Part Two ...
Seffie left with the expedition to the mainland, but Martellus is with her. I think I can claim partial points on this. This comic has an uncanny ability to make my predictions fare worse than random chance. So here's another: Martellus's army will show up near Mechanicsburg just as Gil and Tarvek have brought the Polar Lords' blitzkrieg to a standstill and will mess everything up.
The cat (which still doesn't have a name) is smarter than she seemed at first, or at least better informed.
