IIRC, the reanimation tech we've seen could bring back the bodies, but restoring memories and personality depends on the brain still being in good condition. So the Baron revived Olga thinking he'd get an empty Heterodyne body, which might still be useful, and Gil sent Vole to find the head of the leader of the force that attacked Mechanicsburg ASAP so that Dr. Sun could preserve his head for questioning.
The crew doesn't look too bad, but we don't know how long they've been dead. We haven't seen Madwa or Zardeliv to guess. Maybe they'll all be revived, but so far that seems to require an attending spark (possibly an attending spark with a medical specialty, which includes Gil and Dr. Sun, don't know about the Baron), and how many revivifications one spark could handle at a time (or keep paying attention to in series -- they can be rather distractable) is an open question.
