Both are hunters! Dreen seem to lack the obsession with hats, and if they have a loyalty (or any structured organization) the way the Jaegers do that hasn't appeared yet. (When there are ~40 dreen hunting together I imagine there's some sort of structure? This trio doesn't seem to have a leader, just a shared goal.)
