You're right. Or to be exact, "Londinium." Wikipedia says its elevation is 35 meters. If it's under water, things have gotten serious.

The circular crater/bay where Oslo is in our world makes me wonder about their history, as does the nearby Great Wall of Norway. Odds are that a Spark tried something that didn't quite work out as intended ...
