So, Monahan's loyal minions (giant rats) vs. Rebel Scum (semi-uplifted early test subjects)?

I guess "How we intervened in the War of Rats" is going to be left out of "My Vacation" report by Princess Neena.

This is Agatha's world, not ours. How do we know that ordinary rats here aren't already at least semi-sapient? Lots of other critters seem to be.
